Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is placed.
Phase 1: Art Creation & Proofing (Custom Art)
Art Creation: 3–5 business days
Our artists begin hand-curating your submitted photo into a museum-quality portrait. You will receive a digital proof for review and approval.
Revisions: 1–2 business days
We offer up to 3 complimentary rounds of revisions to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your custom art before it moves to production.
Phase 2: Production
Production: 2–3 business days
Once your proof is approved, your final file is sent to production. Your portrait is professionally printed with premium craftsmanship.
Phase 3: Shipping & Delivery
Shipping: 3–5 business days
Your artwork is carefully packaged and shipped securely to your door via standard ground service.
You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Damages & Support
Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your artwork ships.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at barkback@thesaucypaws.com. We will gladly arrange a free replacement.
